Returns & Refunds Policy

Customers may request a product exchange, or full refund for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment.

Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you can return any items by notifying us within 30 days of delivery and returning the item(s) to us, for a full refund or replacement.

Our site is in $AUD only.

If you are required to send the product back to us we will advise you of a shipping address.

Cancellations

1. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of the time of order placement will incur a 20% restocking fee.

2. Orders left on “Wait” status or unconfirmed beyond 7 days will be automatically deleted from our system save and except for
International Orders which will remain in the system for 14 days.

Shipping & Delivery:

We are pleased to report that we can now ship international orders again via Vanuatu Post to Near-Pacific Countries such as Australia. Shipping time is slightly longer being anywhere from 10-21 days from the date of posting.

1. We ship world wide.

We are not responsible for any delay that occurs during COVID19 delays as some countries will quarantine items before dispatching.


2. All orders must be checked & lodged within 7 days of receipt & any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

Processing Time: Orders will normally be processed within 24-48 hours (unless a weekend or public holiday).
Delivery Method: Orders are almost always sent by ordinary, international airmail
Delivery Time: Anywhere from 7 – 21 days, depending on where in the world the order is being sent.

We will email you a confirmation of your order when your order has been processed.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

2. We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, PayPal. We do not accept cheques.
